SALT LAKE CITY — The Jazz have sent rookies Rudy Gobert and Ian Clark to their D-League affiliate, the Bakersfield Jam.

Both players are expected to be in uniform for the Jam for their game on Sunday at the Reno Bighorns. While both have played in multiple games their role on the team has become more sparse as Jazz players have returned from injuries.

Gobert was acquired by the Jazz in a draft-day trade with the Denver Nuggets. He has played in 17 games for the Jazz scoring 2.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and .82 blocks per game.

Clark shot onto the scene as the MVP of the Las Vegas Summer League Championship game. The Jazz signed Clark as a rookie free agent after the Summer League. He has played in eight games with the Jazz scoring 2.8 points per game.

The Jam games can be seen on the D-League YouTube channel on NBA.com/dleague.
