EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Police say four people arrested during a rowdy celebration of Michigan State's victory over Ohio State in the Big Ten championship game have been arraigned.
East Lansing police say officers arrested 12 students and three others in the disorders late Saturday and early Sunday. Police say there were at least 57 fires.
Police are offering up to $20,000 for tips that lead to convictions.
The Lansing State Journal has posted video online ( http://on.lsj.com/1iQcJRG) showing thousands of revelers cheering as a couch was tossed on a fire.
Police said Tuesday that the four people arraigned in East Lansing District Court are charged with disorderly conduct for remaining within 300 feet of a fire. The municipal ordinance charges can bring up to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine.
