Grub Steak joined us on KSL News at Noon with a delicious steak and salad recipe for lunch.
Located in Prospector Square in Park City, this restaurant is a local favorite.
Here is Chef Brian Moody's recipe for Rosemary crusted New York Steak and blue cheese salad.
Rosemary Rub
2 tbsp. fresh Rosemary chopped fine
5 garlic cloves minced fine
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. of black pepper
Mix in a small bowl
Trim fat from a good quality New York Steak 8 oz. Rub steak with rosemary mix both sides Heat a pan with a little olive oil and cook steak to desired doneness Let steak rest while making salad 2 to 3 minutes
Toss greens in a bowl with blue cheese dressing. Put on a plate and Garnish salad with tomato wedges and red onion rings. Slice steak thin and put on top of salad. Top steak with Gorgonzola cheese.
