TIRANA, Albania (AP) - Albanian police arrested a 15-year-old boy Wednesday as a suspect in the fatal shooting of another boy at a high school near the capital Tirana earlier in the day.

The 17-year-old boy died after a suspect armed with an automatic rifle opened fire in the school in the town of Shkozet, 20 kilometers (12 miles) west Tirana.

Police said they arrested the 15-year-old in a bar in the nearby city of Durres after the boy's family cooperated with authorities.

The exact motives of the killing were not immediately clear, but police said preliminary evidence indicated the shooting occurred after an argument between the two boys.
