LOGAN, Utah (AP) - Darrell Garretson passed for 370 yards and three touchdowns on 28-of-41 passing to lead Utah State past Hawaii 47-10 Saturday.

It was over whenKyler Fackrell took an interception to the house. The freshman All-American took the interception 99 yards to put the Aggies up 40-10, a possible 14-point swing. It came right after Hawaii returned an interception to the five-yard line. Player of the Game
Darell Garretson had a breakout game against the Warriors. He threw for 370 yards and three touchdowns along with 22 yards on the ground.

Joey DeMartino ran for 104 yards and a touchdown for USU (5-4, 4-1 Mountain West), his fourth career 100-yard-plus game. Hawaii (0-8, 0-0) starting quarterback Sean Schroeder passed for 213 yards and one touchdown but was intercepted three times.
Garretson's TD passes went to three different receivers, including scores in the second half by Travis Reynolds (30 yards) and Wyatt Houston (44 yards). Hawaii's lone touchdown came on a 33-yard pass from Schroeder to Keith Kirkwood on the first series of the third quarter.
The Rainbow Warriors missed on another scoring opportunity when Tavita Woodard intercepted a Garretson pass at the 30 and returned it inside the USU 10. Two plays later, Aggie linebacker Kyler Fackrell intercepted a short pass by Schroeder and ran 99 yards for a touchdown.
