So gas prices are down. I see some news organizations trumpeting the news, "finally some relief at the pump." I don't think an average of a penny and a half drop is some relief. The average is still $2.93! That's still 70 cents higher than three months ago. It's time to play the, "I remember when..." but seriously, the first time I noticed gas prices I was ten or 11, and they were 88 cents a gallon. Granted, it was at a station in my small hometown in Missouri, so it may have been cheaper than other places. Our reporter Marc Giauque came in today and said this weekend all three of his family's vehicles were out of gas. Filling them all up cost $160.
