This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

According to the National Kidney Foundation, chronic kidney disease affects 26 million American adults every year.... That's why a key focus for the National Kidney Foundation of Utah and Idaho is to improve the quality of life and lighten the burden for kidney patients in both states..

At the National Kidney Foundation of Utah and Idaho, they're constantly recognized for excellence, rising to the very top with more awards for excellence than any other affiliate in the nation Recognition includes best board of patient and community services, most effective implementation of public education, excellence in patients and community service and the best overall kidney early evaluation prevention program.

In the summer, the National Kidney Foundation of Utah and Idaho offers two different camps that serve hundreds of students. They educate thousands of kids in the public school system on how to keep their kidneys healthy and about the importance of organ donation... They also offer financial support for emergency kidney patients experiencing challenges.

Deen says the most meaningful thing in her work with the National Kidney Foundation of Utah and Idaho is seeing the faces of children on dialysis who go to kidney camps over the summer....She sees how touched social workers are when they watch pediatric patients who were never able to enjoy normal experiences.. Kidney Kamp is a place where dialysis patients can hike, swim and play tennis, plus enjoy speakers, arts and crafts and make all sorts of lifetime friends.....

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
