DUQUOIN, Ill. (AP) - Ken Schrader won the Southern Illinois 100 at DuQuoin State Fairgrounds on Monday to pick up his second ARCA Racing Series win of the season.
Schrader started from the pole and led the first 41 laps. But Tom Hessert took over the lead during the middle part of the race and Schrader chased him down, passing him coming out of turn two on the final lap of a green-white-checkered finish.
It was the 17th ARCA win of Schrader's career.
Justin Boston finished third and was followed by Brennan Poole and Chris Windom.
Schrader became the oldest winner in series history at Toledo and set the mark again Monday at DuQuoin.
