SALT LAKE CITY — Kids can be really mean sometimes. And for a Washington Redskins fan, this is one of those times.
Kimberly Lewis is a really big Redskins fan that just wanted some autographs. She skipped work, stood at the field and ... well, she probably tells it better than I can. Check out her video, which she later said was aided by pregnancy hormones.
The Lewis story doesn't end with her not getting autographs as hopefully you have now seen in the video. It keeps on going with the help of some young Dallas Cowboys fans, who are really big jerks.
Okay, in the spirit of football and the ancient Cowboys-Redskins rivalry, it might not be that mean or cruel. Well, it is pretty mean regardless, and I'm a little ashamed to admit that I laughed at both videos.
This might have been a really good tape of kids just playing around, but of course it ends with the dad piping in saying the Cowboys rule and the Redskins don't. Of course, the Cowboys haven't won a playoff game since before any of these kids were born. At least Lewis has that.
The camera adds some weight
Eddie Lacy has been a bruising back since his time at Alabama. Don't be confused, however, he was never the biggest back. He has always had moves and speed, but he was never afraid to go between the tackles.
Now a picture has him looking like a tackle.
Wait... did Eddie Lacy EAT Johnathan Franklin? Look at the difference btwn these photos. Just an unflattering angle? pic.twitter.com/AvJDICHT6J — David Woods (@davidpwoods) July 29, 2013
He might not actually be that big, but goodness gracious. The Green Bay Packers drafted Lacey and UCLA's Jonathan Franklin. Maybe they were going for the thunder and lighting idea, but normally thunder isn't actually just an earthquake.
Okay, it actually looks like this is really just a bad angle. There are lots of people doing work on showing that he isn't really that big, so maybe all the tabloids are just good at geometry and can get the most unflattering angles ever. In the meantime, remember that you aren't fat, you just have a mirror that has a bad angle on it.
Fist pump and fall down
Sometimes a video is just funny because it is. This time it is because Chad Qualls just didn't connect on the fist pump that he did, completely alone.
Qualls is a relief pitcher for the Miami Marlins and strikes out Omar Quintanilla of the New York Mets. He then goes on to celebrate the way any of us would when we get a strikeout in the top of the 8th inning: a fist pump.
The only difference between his and all of ours is that he is just too strong. He goes for the pump and ends up off-balanced and falls to the ground. Someone check him for PEDs — too much power in that pump.
