INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Jeff Burton will have an interim crew chief for Sunday's race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Richard Childress Racing said Luke Lambert was suffering from an eye ailment and was sensitive to light. Lambert planned to communicate with Burton and the No. 31 team from inside the team hauler.

Team engineer Matt McCall took over as interim crew chief on the pit box.
