SALT LAKE CITY — Paul Millsap signed a two-year, $19 million contract with the Atlanta Hawks, ending his tenure with the team that drafted him with the 47th pick in the 2006 NBA draft.

In the past seven years, Paul Millsap has had a lot of great Jazz moments; here are five of his best:

5. April 26, 2012 - Phoenix at Utah

With the Jazz battling to return to the playoffs, Paul Millsap scored 26 points and corralled 15 rebounds against the Suns. The win secured a trip to the playoffs.

4. March 20, 2011 - Utah at Houston

One of Millsap's best games came in a loss to the Rockets. He scored 35 points, had 10 rebounds and shot 12-18 from the field to keep the Jazz close. However, Kyle Lowry ruined and one-upped his night with a 28-point, 11-rebound and 10-assist triple-double.

3. April 16, 2012 - Dallas at Utah

In a triple-overtime classic, Paul Millsap played 53-minutes and had a game-tying putback dunk with 2.2 seconds remaining in regulation. The Jazz would go on to win behind Al Jefferson's 28 points and 26 rebounds.

2. 2008-2009 season

Millsap had 19 consecutive double-doubles, nearly made the All-Star team and finished fourth in the NBA Most Improved Player voting.

1. November 9, 2010 - Utah at Miami

Trailing Miami by eight points with just 29 seconds on the road, Millsap scored eight points in a 12-second stretch to force overtime.

Millsap finished with a career-high 46 points to trump LeBron James' triple-double and Dwyane Wade's 39 points.
