SALT LAKE CITY — The U.S. Open wrapped up over the weekend. The event saw a strong finish from Justin Webb and another second-place finish from Phil Mickelson.
Something you may not have seen was this impressive hole-in-one from Shawn Stefani.
Stefani was sitting at plus-20 when he teed off at the 213-yard par three on hole 17. His shot seemed a little errant, but it took a fortuitous bounce and took a long roll straight into the hole.
Stefani and his caddy go nuts, as they should, because not only did he sink the ace, but he also became the first golfer in history to sink a hole-in-one during the U.S. Open at Merion.
BMX skills
Canadian BMX rider Drew Bezanson is known for crazy videos of him on his homemade track, Joyride 150, in Ontario.
He's had some pretty crazy videos thanks to the track, but this one outdoes them all.
I'm not going to pretend to know what all the tricks are called, but just know I can't even wrap my head around how some of those rotations work, so it's pretty awesome.
The video is almost four-and-a-half minutes long, and it's mesmerizing the whole way.
