Parenting 101 Is it Getting Any Easier?
It seems like the longer we go at it, you would think it would get easier. Are we getting any smarter, or is it getting easier because they are getting older? Are we getting better because we are getting more effective?
Something is going on. Are we the same as our parents? Are we more informed - is that what it is? Or are we more afraid? Are we educated? What are the interesting and crazy differences in parenting today?
I believe that our roll is to have better families and to be better parents and to have better relationships. I also know that this is not going to be easy. The reality is that, it is what it is. We now need to start stepping up as parents. We need to be better and we need to be more effective.
