This has been a tough week, and today we will get into something that will give you something to stand on. How do we cope with all of this stuff? With the Boston Marathon, the explosion in Texas? There has been a lot of explaining to do with my kids. How do we build a resilient family? How do we build a family to help them be able to stand during difficult times? What should we be doing with our children to be resilient and little more flexible? It seems that the realities, the difficulties, the trials - they are not going away. We need to bend or we will break. What are the keys to building a resilient family that can make it work? One that can still stand and doesn't have to break. We are not alone in this process. We will all come together. We are a group of people and we need each other to make it through this life.
