A study shows that apparently nagging can be good for you. Did you know that nagging can be good for your health? Especially if you are above thirty years old, it is good to have somebody that can give you the boost. It is good in helping to lose weight or become more active. A little bit of nagging may be helpful in getting you to do something. Like my kids for example, they will come and ask me to go catch a ball with them. I probably wouldn't do it if they didn't ask. Nagging may not be as good in the relationship realm, but it can help with health issues.
