(Washington-AP) -- A California manufacturer is recalling more than 160-thousand insulin infusion kits.
Medtronic MiniMed says problems with the kits may have caused 200 diabetics to be hospitalized for elevated blood-sugar levels.
Diabetics who use the Paradigm Quick-set Plus brand should contact the company immediately to exchange any unused infusion set for a free replacement.
The number is 1-800-MINIMED.
