(KSL News) -- A recall has been issued for hundreds of thousands of Saab vehicles worldwide.
General Motors, which owns Saab, says there's a problem with the ignition system in nearly 300-thousand cars that could lead to overheating.
The recall involves the 9-3 and 9-5 Saab models made in 2000, 2001, and 2002.
The auto maker says there's no immediate danger to drivers and all the vehicles will be fixed within the next nine months.
