(KSL News) -- Perdue Farms is recalling more than 20-thousand pounds of fully cooked and breaded chicken fillets. The company says they may have been underprocessed and they were distributed in Utah.

The products being recalled are 10-pound cases, consisting of two five-pound bags of full cooked "Perdue Breaded Chicken Breasts Fillet with Rib Meat." Or 10 pound bags of fully cooked "Chef Quik, Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet with Rib Meat."

Each product has the establishment number of P-11507. Each label also includes the production code 80943 and pack date 6020 or 6063.
