(KSL News) -- Playskool is recalling 255,000 Team Talkin' Tool Bench toys after the deaths of two children.
The children swallowed nails the came as part of the toy. They were sold at Toys R US, Wal-mart, Target and other national stores.
Parents should take the toys from the kids and return the nails to Playskool to recieve a $50 certificate.
