These are simply the most decadent mashed potatoes I've ever eaten. I don't have exact measurements because my friend didn't know, so you're going to have to play with it a little (so will I). But here are Jerry Parkstone's best ever mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
Mashed potatoes
Goat cheese
Heavy cream
Thyme
Gruyere
Directions:
- Warm heavy cream in a saucepan (I used two small cartons).
- Add goat cheese and stir until melted(I used two small containers of crumbles).
- Add mashed potatoes until you get the consistency you want (I used four big baking potatoes).
- Place in a baking dish, sprinkle gruyere on top (I shredded two small bricks) and bake for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees (or until bubbly).
