These are simply the most decadent mashed potatoes I've ever eaten. I don't have exact measurements because my friend didn't know, so you're going to have to play with it a little (so will I). But here are Jerry Parkstone's best ever mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

Mashed potatoes

Goat cheese

Heavy cream

Thyme

Gruyere

Directions:

  1. Warm heavy cream in a saucepan (I used two small cartons).
  2. Add goat cheese and stir until melted(I used two small containers of crumbles).
  3. Add mashed potatoes until you get the consistency you want (I used four big baking potatoes).
  4. Place in a baking dish, sprinkle gruyere on top (I shredded two small bricks) and bake for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees (or until bubbly).
