Ingredients1 lb ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 package (7 oz) spaghetti
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup water
1 can (8 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a large skillet, brown the beef and the onions; drain. Stir in uncooked spaghetti and the next eight ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and heat until melted.
Serves 4-6.
