ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.(AP) -- The University of New Mexico got eight points from J.R. Giddens in a game-opening 15-and-0 run in a 62-to-32 rout over Weber State Sunday.

The Wildcats point total tied a University Arena record for the fewest points scored, as New Mexico won its fourth straight game.

Giddens finished with a game-high 18 points, and Daniel Faris added 10 for New Mexico, while Weber State did not have a player reach double figures.

Weber's Arturas Valeika and Juan Pablo Silveira each scored eight points.

Giddens also added a game-high nine rebounds.
