OGDEN, Utah (AP) - Scott Bamforth scored 22 points on 8-for-14 shooting including five 3-pointers and Weber State stayed perfect in Big Sky play with a 79-54 victory over Northern Colorado on Thursday night.

Weber State (8-3, 3-0 Big Sky) jumped on the Bears from the beginning, starting the game with a 12-3 run capped off by Jordan Richardson's 3-pointer with 15:24 to go in the first half. The Wildcats led 43-26 at the break and never looked back.
Gelaun Wheelwright had 13 points for Weber State and Kyle Tresnak and Richardson each scored 10.
The Wildcats shot 54.5 percent from the field, making 30 of 55 shot attempts. Weber State had 17 assists as a team and forced Northern Colorado (3-8, 1-2) to commit 21 turnovers.
Tate Unruh had 15 points and six rebounds to lead Northern Colorado.
