I've been thinking about what I could do for Grant (and all of you) for Christmas, and I've got it. I am going to try to be less annoying. When I feel like I'm right (and someone else is wrong), I'm going to pause and remember that I could be completely and hopelessly wrong. I'm going to be more patient with him and everyone else. I'm going to get here on time, with leftovers for him to eat, and I'm going to vow to be showered at least 4 of the 5 days each week.
I will find things to appreciate in my coworkers and let them know how much they mean to me. I promise to listen to Adam Thomas(my editor) when he's talking to me and try not to distract Rikki Meese so much when she's working in the traffic center.
I can do all of this - and the best part is - it's in my budget!
