While up at Log Haven in Millcreek Canyon, guests and mix and match menu items to create their own customized three or five-course New Year’s Eve dinner. Some of the night’s specials at Log Haven include garlic poached lobster, Diver scallop herbed ravioli, warm brie filled with mushrooms, and spice-crusted caribou.
