Just in case you forgot, next Tuesday in Valentine's Day. Or as I like to call it: Valendines Day. That's because it's the most popular day of the year for romantic couples to dine out. And you know the drill: If you haven't made reservations for Valentine's Day yet, it's time to get on the horn! Because the best restaurants will be packed to the rafters with goo-goo eyed lovers and you don't want to wind up in the dog house for waiting too long to make a reservation.

A few restaurants have sent me information about their special Valentine's Day dinners, including Tuscany restaurant where Chef Adam Vickers will be serving up traditional Tuscan favorites in Tuscany's ultra-romantic setting.

And speaking of romantic settings, up at Log Haven Chef Frank Mendoza is cooking up a Valentine's feast that includes lobster and truffles, caramelized pineapple and foie gras flan, wild sea bass bouillabaisse, and fresh squab with pomegranate. Sounds pretty fancy!

If you'd like something a little more exotic to share with your honey on Valentine's Day, Monsoon Thai Bistro is doing a special dinner featuring roasted spicy duck, grilled salmon in yellow curry, lobster, crab, and shrimp spring rolls, and pork tenderloin with apples and beets.

And for a real romantic getaway, how about heading out to the Blue Boar Inn in Midway? Chef Chris Sheehan at the Blue Boar will be cooking poached lobster in pastry, ivory king salmon Wellington, Mediterranean bouillabaisse, and passion fruit crème brûlée.

Well whether it's just pizza at home or a delicious dinner out, here's wishing all you lovers a terrific Valentine's Day.
