Utah-Oregon State football game set for 2008

SALT LAKE CITY—Utah and Oregon State have agreed to play a football game on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008 in Salt Lake City - completing the last piece of Utah's non-conference schedule. Game time and television for the game will be determined later.

The Utes will open their 2008 football season against Michigan in Ann Arbor on Aug. 30. Other non-conference games include Utah State on Sept. 13 in Logan, Utah, and Weber State on Sept. 27 in Salt Lake City.

The Mountain West Conference typically releases the league schedule the first week of April.

Season tickets for Utah's 2008 home games are available now at utahutes.com and the Rice-Eccles Stadium box office (801-581-UTIX).
