In Utah alone, more than 4,000 people try to take their lives each year.

As painful and devastating as a suicide attempt can be, it can also act as a catalyst for change.

Spencer Donaldson shared how his world changed after trying to take his life and then being saved by a stranger. Spencer tells his miraculous story in a moving video that's posted on YouTube.
