HOUSTON (AP) -- Dwayne De Rosario took a short pass from Brad Davis up the middle and kicked the ball through goalkeeper Scott Garlick's arms in the 84th minute to give the Houston Dynamo a 2-1 victory over Real Salt Lake on Saturday night.

Real's Jeff Cunningham opened the scoring with a 20-yard shot that bounced in off the left post in the 57th minute, and Dynamo defender Craig Waibel tied it on a header off Brian Mullan's corner kick in the 60th minute.

Houston (2-2) improved to 2-0 at home after losing two straight on the road. Real Salt Lake dropped to 0-3-1.
