Don't you love a short work week? We know it's Tuesday, but it feels like Thursday. Yahoo!!!!

I loved a story in this morning's Deseret Morning News about our military men who are getting a much needed emotional respite because of the big rivalry weekend. "To Dr. John Zaugg, the University of Utah football rivalry game with Brigham Young University this Saturday will be a chance to "escape" from Baghdad and blot out, at least for a few hours, the horrors of war he sees week after week as he works inside the busiest combat support hospital in Iraq. "It's a good form of escape and a good way to break out of Baghdad for a little while,' Zaugg, an Army captain, said Monday."

Grant shared an interesting story about the first arrest for texting while driving in Phoenix. More than six weeks after the Phoenix City Council made it illegal to text message while driving, the police department has cited their first and only driver. Phoenix is one of the first cities in the nation to introduce a ban on sending and reading text messages while driving.

And Amanda is looking forward to a new Celebrity Apprentice show featuring Donald Trump, former Apprentice witch Omarosa and - you guessed it - Gene Simmons!
