(KSL News) The IRS has millions of dollars that it wants to give away.
It happens every year -- refund checks are sent out, but because the taxpayer has moved, the checks are returned to the IRS.
The IRS has $110 million worth of those checks stacking up and wants to get it back to the taxpayers.

Average refund: $1,033.32
In Utah, there are nearly 1,200 taxpayers who are due refunds, totaling more than $1.2 million or an average of $1,033.32. Some taxpayers have more than one check waiting.
