According to ShopSmart magazine, the average American woman owns 17 pairs of shoes. Women buy an average of three new pairs of shoes a year, with most spending around $50 for each pair. Twice a year she visits her vendors to choose her shoes for the next season. She has discovered this technique is the best fit for her store. With her location in the Provo Towne Center Mall, foot traffic is essential, so it's important to have the right selection at all times.
Laura says what sets Sole Envy apart is offering a shopper-friendly store, with shoes at a great price point and only the highest level of customer service. She sees how vital her employees are to her success and is willing to pay them to keep them engaged. Companies like Sole Envy are an important part of growing Utah's employment base.
