SALT LAKE CITY — By now you've probably heard about some baseball game in San Francisco where a guy used a jetpack to fly around the bay area. Although amazing to see, it was the actual game that mattered to most fans of the sport, with history being made Wednesday night.

The San Francisco Giants won the World Series two years ago, but fans who attended Wednesday's game will likely remember the perfect pitching from Matt Cain forever. After all, Cain is only the 22nd pitcher to throw a perfect game in the history of the sport and the first for the Giants.

And while the pitching was perfect, with Cain striking out a career-high 14 batters, there was some amazing sacrifice plays to ensure the game stayed without a hitter. In the top of the 7th inning, Gregor Blanco made a leaping catch near the wall to preserve history.

The Giants beat the Astros 10-0. Congratulations to Cain for an amazing feat.

David Stern on Jim Rome

On Wednesday, Jim Rome invited NBA Commissioner David Stern on his radio show to talk about a myriad of topics, including the so-called controversial selection of the New Orleans Hornets as the No. 1 pick in this year's draft. Whether you agree with Rome or not, he asked a question that many fans of the sport have been talking about: was the NBA draft lottery fixed?

Stern, who was not pleased with the question, told Rome simply "no" and that the question was not a fair question to ask. Stern said a "respectable journalist" would not have asked the question, but that it was asked for a "cheap thrill." Stern followed up the question by asking Rome a question of his own, saying, "Have you stopped beating your wife yet?"

Whether in a joking manner or not, asking someone on a nationally-syndicated show whether they beat their wife is not a recommended question. It comes as no shock that Rome took offense to Stern's question.

Maybe a more fair question would have addressed the ridiculous flopping in the NBA.

Was David Stern out of line for asking such a question or was it a fair response to Rome's question about a fixed NBA draft?

Mike Tyson sings about LeBron James

Whether you're a fan of boxing or not, you're familiar with the name Mike Tyson, probably because of one boxing event where things went a little crazy. However, since then, Tyson has taken on somewhat a comedic role, appearing in spoof videos and performing in various ways. And Tyson's most recent appearance is a pretty good one, despite the singing.

Appearing on the Jimmy Kimmell Live show, Tyson sang a tribute to Miami Heat star LeBron James. With lyrics like, "LeBron James is great, he makes Cleveland irate," you know it's good. The real message behind the video is Tyson's desire for LeBron to "win for me."

The real Skip Bayless

You all remember the great ESPN commercial about the difficulty of sharing the name Michael Jordan. Now there is a commercial about Skip Bayless. However, there isn't the same adoration surrounding the name Bayless for many people. Love him or hate him, this is a pretty good commercial about Bayless. It's not as good as the Jordan commercial, but still enjoyable.
