This is Marty Carpenter of the Salt Lake Chamber with your Utah Business Report.
The Salt Lake Chamber is committed to Utah and its natural resources and has launched a program to help Utah businesses enhance their commitment to clean air and benefit their overall bottom lines.
Congratulations are in order for Utah Paperbox and The Granite Office for becoming Clean Air Champions.
Utah Paperbox has committed to operating a fleet of clean air vehicles, offering teleworking options for employees and encouraging active transport like walking or biking.
The Granite Office has committed to offering teleworking options and operating clean air vehicles. That's on top of using wind power sources and having a carpool program for employees.
Businesses can become Clean Air Champions by enrolling in the program at cleanairchampion.com and indicating practices already in place or by implementing new Clean Air programs. Again, that's cleanairchampion.com.
