EPHRAIM- Snow College return specialist Reagan Buck was named the National Junior College Special Teams Player of the Week today.

Buck amassed 173 total punt return yards in the Badgers win over Scottsdale Community College Saturday.

Averaging nearly 30 yards per return for the game, Buck put together runs of 48, 50 and 56 yards, helping the Badgers to short field opportunities and setting up several of their scoring drives in the hard fought 22-9 victory on the road.

"What Reagan can do for us is change the face of a drive," said Snow head coach Steve Coburn. "When he runs the ball like that, especially in a defensive battle, we are playing a short field and have a lot more opportunities to score."

Buck is this second Badger this season to win a National Player of the Week honor. Quarterback Houston Erbstoesser won the offensive award four weeks ago.

Snow, now 9-0 and ranked No. 1 for six straight weeks, prepares for its biggest game of the year so far, hosting No. 4 ranked Eastern Arizona Saturday. Kickoff is set for Noon at Badger Stadium in Ephraim.
