Randall Gilbert had been the P.E. teacher at Box Elder Middle School for the last 20 years. During that time he was also the Box Elder Freshman football coach and for the last 3 years, the head track coach for the boys at Box Elder.

Randall Gilbert has had an impact on nearly every boy that has attended Box Elder High School over the last two decades.

This week, the Box Elder community is grieving. Coach Gilbert passed away last Sunday at the age of 47.

The Bee's track team dedicated their trip to the state track meet on Friday and Saturday to their coach. They finished 11th.
