We like to spotlight the missionary work going on around the world by featuring portions of letters written by missionaries serving in the field. This letter comes from Elder Parker Adams who is serving in the Oregon Portland Mission.
"We found a new family...they are sweet, well we have only talked to the mom, but she is sweet!! I guess her family, who are members, have been talking to her about the Gospel, and how great it is. We taught her the first lesson and it went really well! She was intently listening!! It was awesome!! I loved it. She ate it up and is going to get baptized. I'm not sure if she knows it yet... but she is!!"
