WEST VALLEY CITY — T.J. Haws scored 22 points and dished out 5 assists as No. 3 Lone Peak knocked off No. 1 West Jordan 68-56 to return to the 5A state championship game.

Lone Peak used a big 2nd quarter to gain a double-digit lead over the Jaguars. The Knights outscored West Jordan 20-11 in that quarter and the Jaguars could get no closer than six the rest of the way.

Jordan Loveridge led West Jordan with 24 points and 12 rebounds but he struggled from the field making just 9 of 21 attempts.
