The University of Utah men's swimming team is gearing up for the difficult Pac-12 championships in March. This "Ute Insider" report gives Ute fans knowledge of this year's team and what to expect from them in its inaugural Pac-12 championship meet.

Mike Lageschulte talks to Utah swimming coach Greg Winslow about players to look for in the championships. Top freshman Nick Soedel, diver Nelson Soo and Karson Applin are highlighted by Winslow.

Winslow also discusses the changes he has seen as a result of moving to the Pac-12 conference and how it has affected his current team and recruiting as well.

Finally, Winslow delivers his expectations of his team going into the championshps and hopes to see some of the school's records break during the meet.
