OGDEN, Utah (AP) - Scott Bamforth scored 16 of his 19 points in the second half to lead Weber State to a 72-70 victory over Texas-Arlington on Saturday, snapping the Mavericks' school record 16-game winning streak.

In a BracketBusters game, Jordan Reves scored with four seconds remaining to get Texas-Arlington within two points, and LaMarcus Reed stole the ensuing inbounds pass near midcourt. Reed slipped before heaving a 40-foot desperation shot that missed as the buzzer sounded.
