Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
* 7 oz. can Garbanzo or Chickpeas, drained * 4 oz. jar Roasted Red Peppers, drained * 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil * 1 Tbsp. Tahini (Sesame seed paste) * 2 Garlic cloves, crushed * Juice of 1 Lime * 1 tsp. ground cumin
Mix the ingredients of the hummus in a food processor or blender until smooth. Season the hummus with salt to your taste.
