(KSL News) -- New legal trouble for General Motors. A new federal lawsuit claims the auto maker should repair the windshield wipers on millions of vehicles that were not included in a larger wiper recall three years ago.
The lawsuit claims the wipers on several million trucks, vans, and SUV's from the 1994 to 1999 model years are still defective and should be replaced for safety reasons.
There was no immediate comment from GM.
