(KSL News) -- Nearly four million magnetic toys are being recalled after one child died and several others were injured.
A 20 month old died after swallowing the magnets from the "Magnetix" magnetic building sets. Four other kids suffered serious injuries and has to have surgery to fix the problem.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says it has received reports of 34 incidents involving magnets from the sets.
Once swallowed, the magnets can cling together and block a child's intestines, causing serious injuries.
