CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- Ryan Chappell rushed for 138 yards and two touchdowns to lead North Dakota to a 37-10 win over Southern Utah.

Danny Freund completed 20 of 29 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown for the Fighting Sioux (2-0), who are playing their last season in NCAA Division II.

Weston Dressler became North Dakotas all-time leader for receiving yards and touchdowns when he caught Freund's 33-yard touchdown pass two minutes into the game. Dressler finished with five receptions for 79 yards.

Brandon Hellevang kicked three field goals, including a 56-yarder on the last play of the first half that gave the Sioux a 27-0 lead over the Thunderbirds (0-2).

Steve Pulver kicked a 48-yard field goal for Southern Utah and the Thunderbirds added a touchdown on a 1-yard run by Jamar Lee with 4 seconds remaining.
