(KSL News) -- Two big wireless companies cut off sales of the "Razr" phone.
Cingular and T-Mobile had to take Motorola's popular flip-phone off store shelves temporarily because of a glitch that disconnected calls.
Motorola says the problem is being fixed and customers with defective phones can get a free replacement.
Cingular and T-Mobile may have the new, updated Razr restocked as early as this week.
Razr phones sold through Verizon wireless are not affected.
T-Mobile's customer support number in the U.S. is (800) 937-8997.
