British supermodel KATE MOSS has topped a poll of the world's best dressed women for the third year running.
The 31-year-old, who was recently quizzed by London police over alleged cocaine abuse, beat out competition from actress SIENNA MILLER and former SPICE GIRL VICTORIA BECKHAM in the survey by UK Glamour magazine.
The publication's editor JO ELVIN says, "I admire and envy Kate's originality.
"I would love an ounce of the confidence she has to experiment and fuse lots of different fashion ideas and never get it wrong."
Meanwhile, British model JODIE MARSH topped Glamour's worst dressed poll, followed by fellow glamour model JORDAN, PARIS HILTON and BRITNEY SPEARS. (MP/WNBIN/GES)
