PROVO, Utah (AP) -- Dani Kubik scored 15 and Ambrosia Anderson added 14 to lead Number-20 Brigham Young over Colorado State 70-to-54 today in Top-25 women's basketball.
The Cougars won their ninth straight and improved to 17-and-1 overall and seven-and-oh in the Mountain West. B-Y-U led by as many as 27 points midway through the second half.
The Rams never seriously threatened after a 16-nothing run for BYU in the first half and lost their sixth straight.
Colorado State falls to 7-and-11 and 1-and-6. Sara Hunter led the Rams with 15 points and Casie Shepherd scored 12 for Colorado State.
