Dance practices are underway for this Saturday's Japanese Obon festival that will be held at the Buddhist Temple in downtown Salt Lake City. Today on Kids' Stuff, we learn that there's a lot more behind the annual event than just good Japanese food.

The event will be help this Saturday, July 14, 2006, at the Salt Lake Buddhist Temple at 211 West 100 south in Salt Lake and is free to the public.
