ROOSEVELT, Okla., Dec 30, 2005 (UPI via COMTEX) -- Porn actress Elise Silva was arrested at her mother's house in Roosevelt, Okla., on California charges of statutory rape and giving drugs to a minor.
Authorities say Genevieve Elise Silva, 20, Richmond, Calif., was picked up on a $10,000 felony warrant Wednesday, the Oklahoman reported Friday.
Richmond police Sgt. Mitch Peixoto said Silva is accused of giving ecstasy and methamphetamine to a 15-year-old boy during sexual encounters.
The boy ran away from home in June and moved with Silva to her mother's house in Oklahoma. He was returned to his family in El Sobrante, Calif., in October, Peixoto said.
The mother, Rhonda L. Brocchini Silva, 42, is under investigation, but has not been charged, he said. She said she got a "divine sign" to buy the school at 420 Main Street because she has "420" tattooed on her right leg.
The numbers 420 are slang for marijuana.
