New Zealand model RACHEL HUNTER has been ditched as the breasts of lingerie firm MJM International, because they want to end their contract with her "on a high".

The busty beauty, the estranged wife of ROD STEWART, created a furore when she was initially awarded the modelling deal with the makers of Ultimo bras - by replacing the rocker's current squeeze PENNY LANCASTER.

At the time, Stewart slammed the company's founder MICHELLE MONE as a "manipulative cow".

But Mone has praised Hunter's work over the past year, and insists she made the right choice saying, "Rachel has been fantastic."

Hunter, whose contract will not be renewed when it expires next year (06), adds, "It's been great fun." (SH/WNTSU/GES)
